Project Description
A large stage measuring 152’ x 184’ x 43’ needs to be covered or sheltered as per the specifications given below, from August 13 to October 15, 2007. We are looking at either renting or buying a membrane structure or shelter (hereinafter referred to as “shelter”).
Shelter Requirements
■Clear span structure to cover the area as described in the attached document (approximate size: 152’ x 184’ x 43’)
■4 double doors
■1 garage door 12’ wide x 13’ high
■Blackout membrane, dark interior and light exterior color
■Adequate interior lighting to allow staff to carry out work
■Emergency lighting
■Description of all anchoring points required
Rental terms and conditions
■Two-month rental, excluding set-up and dismantling time
■Rental extension option cost
■Purchase cost, and rental cost with option to purchase
■All other related fees and costs
■Onsite technical consultant to be provided during set-up and dismantling
■Specialized tools, if any
■Description of personnel and equipment to be provided
